Here are a few words...

23RD MAY JAM
The 23.5 Jam featured afew new faces and a visit from Charlie Maiden on his Sax full of Soul !

29TH MAY BANK HOLIDAY BOWER JAM
Thanks to the HARD CORE who came to Bower Day.Optimistic as ever Motters erected the Eqipment outside in the garden only to be thwarted by the Brish weather, rain thunder and hail. The afternoon contiued inside with performance plus guest rather than a jam. If we can hold the club together another year and we are invited again maybe we should make it a showcase to ensure varying musos.

30th MAY JAM
The 30th Jam was missing a few players suffering from Bower volume fatique {thanks ToBo} but Sax raised it`s head again with new face to the Jam, Chris Aldridge, a great perfomance ,we look forward to seeing Jim, Charlie and Chris in a Sax fest.

6TH JUNE JAM
Now to 6.6.06 No Damiens on the list this week !
The Sound check was too loud but soon levels were set reasonably, Matt played some sweet jazzy licks noodling over a Ridim set buy Jason on Drums and Motters Riffin over that.
The Jam opened with Johnny G through his tweed Fender Matt,TM,Jases Tony harp running through Cross Rds,Tore Down then 5 Long Years
Chris Perrin fronted JC, Ben,Doug and Maz in Hoochie and Old Love which our Doug needs a copy of to help him learn this one, playing was fine but we all need to KNOW the songs......
Heather with Dino Tom Rich Maz and ? Black Magicing with Tom blistering a solo showing a nice vibrato left hand.
Tony Stokes played well although suffering from a gardening accident (he tells us) Mr knuckles.
Well Reggae Steevie sufferd a full start and had to chat to Jason on drums before Hey Joe commenced. (Like Jase has never played Hendrix or been in Free Spit the JH tribute band) luckily Jase has a sense of Humour !!!???
Johnny and Heather Shot a Sheriff and were Walking by them selves is as far as the notes reveal.
It turned out fine again, try it you`ll like it ! Ciao Babies, till the next one.
