Project Black Out started as an idea for an instrumental album in 2004. Since then, hard rock band Play Hooky was formed and Project Blackout was put on hold. Play Hooky has since released its first demo with "Scream All You Want" and is well on the way to producing their second.
Now, the members of Play Hooky are focusing on a Colorado Springs based instrumental project focusing on some of the many talented guitarists located in the CS metro area.
