The Peavey MSDI Microphone Simulated Direct Interface offers the ease and clarity of a direct signal
to you console with the added bonus of sounding as though you miked the amp. The MSDI is a specially voiced direct interface
used to connect guitar amplifiers to PA or recording mic inputs.
A 1/4" jack is used to interface your amp's speaker
output and speaker OR your amp's line out/send to the MSDI output. The MSDI features 100% passive circuitry, which means no
clipping and no power supply required. Other features include speaker/load input, tone selector, output level control, and
transformer-balanced XLR microphone simulated output with ground lift.
