Scaled down version of the famous LP Claw
The look of the LP Small Claw is a scaled down version of the famous LP Claw. The jet-black body measures 4 inches and will hold tight to standard drum counterhoops, and LP Comfort Curve drum rims. At the same time, it can open wide enough to grip any bass drum wood or metal hoop. LP has improved the "jaw" gripping assembly, bolstering it with an enhanced rubber surface that will eliminate slippage, scratching, and, important when close miking, cross talk. The new LP Small Claw will lock by means of a swivel eyelet to any standard 3/8" rod.
