This Mapex drum pack is an ideal add-on pack for the Meridian Birch 5-Piece Standard Drum Set that transforms it into a massive 8-piece double bass drum set. These 6-ply drum shells are 100% birch to deliver an incredible high-end attack, a narrower midrange, and plenty of bottom end punch.

The 10" x 8" tom drum features Mapex's I.T.S. Mounting System in a demonstration that less is more. The compact mounts enhance drum response by mounting to the lug casings for less shell contact. With these mounts you can change drumheads with the tom mounted to the tom holder.
