The redesigned aluminum alloy tension casings have a sleek appearance and reduced weight. 8 tension casings on the 12" and 13" (instead of 6), give improved tuning accuracy and even dispersion of tension. 6mm case-hardened tension bolts permit the highest tension without failure. 40mm tom spacers allow close-in positioning for improved playing ergonomics and better weight distribution. The colors coordinate well with any band uniform.
