With two highly flexible channels, "Red" & "Green", that are similarly configured but voiced slightly differently for a wide palate of pristine clean, slightly dirty clean, spanking crunch, and harmonically rich overdrive. Gain Stacking activates an additional 12AX7 gain stage for each channel. The Fryette Pitbull CL lets you silently switch from classic crunch sounds to blazing overdrive. Running the Fifty/CL with medium gain settings and a wide-open master volume produces a fat creamy crunch with shifting harmonic overtones that makes it feel like it is playing itself.

Fryette's exclusive Enhance Mode power supply technology puts tube or solid state rectification at your fingertips and is assignable to channels for expressive power amp performance on demand. The amp head's footswitchable Boost Mode puts two gain modes per channel under instant access. A Six-Band Graphic EQ adds unlimited tone sculpting potential and can be operated manually, by footswitch or assigned to a selected channel.
