Constructed using warm, resonant mahogany for the body and neck, Peavey's patented Dual-Compression Bridge for longer sustain, and a solid quilt maple archtop to sweeten the tone, there isn't a bad sound to be had in this guitar. The Dual-Compression Bridge system is a unique, string-through design creating a metal-to-metal connection for singing sustain and stronger string presence.

The Peavey EXP also features a nicely-finished rosewood fretboard for a velvet feel with smooth attack. 2 of Peavey's patented, dual-wound, hum-canceling pickups provide high output and unmatched tone.
