The 50W Randall RM1250U
tube amp head is one of the most impressive members of the acclaimed Randall MTS Series of modular all-tube amplifiers. It's
been designed specifically to house 12 hot swappable MTS modules and permit the player to switch between them using the front
panel or floor switch. The RM1250OU handles up to 12 Randall MTS Modules thus allowing access to a staggering amount of guitar
tones that previously would have only been available by using 12 different amplifiers; a financial burden beyond the reach
of many studios.
Flexibility is paramount in this Randall amp head—You can pick the modules you like and build
the amp to your liking to end up with the equivalent of 12 amps in one.
Make no mistake, this is not digital modeling. This is real analog tube circuitry recreating the actual tone of the most sought
after classic and modern tube amps of yesteryear and today. Currently, Randall offers a wide assortment of MTS modules with
more being added all the time.
Each individual channel switch on the Randall MTS RM1250U can be accessed via MIDI,
or the tube amp head can be controlled in 3 banks of 4 by the 3-button footswitch included.
