It works great with low action, and virtually eliminates that annoying fret buzz that you get with bulkier, heavier slides. It gives you all the sustain and volume you need, but with a tone that stands alone. Glass-like, but with "warm back-end tones," it gives you more volume than glass! Rocky Mountain makes each ceramic slide by hand. They've got the classic ceramic tone you've been looking for.
