Well,
CT has had experience in loads of music styles in
the club scene both in London and Japan and has fused
that experience into this truly unique album. His
concept for this CD was to meld a combination of funk,
jazz, pop and electronic styles. His keyboard work
has been the foundation of many funk/jazz compilations
and on this album, he uses his keyboard abilities
to create a flashback 70's feel for "...the road."
Additionally, CT's voice has been the feature of a
variety of bands in West Africa, England and Japan
-- as well as the USA. In "...the road"
his voice transcends the sweeping ElectroFunk tunes
by melding into the mix and yet maintains a clear
soulful quality |

The concept of blending the past and the present trends
in music isn't a new one, but I have tried to make
is unique by following no set of rules and going with
my gut. With overtones of Sinatra and Goldie, I have
also fused British rhythm trends and club vibes from
the USA. |
